When you "purchase" you will not "own" any part of the homepage or this website, but rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published anywhere on the homepage of your choosing.
You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be sure if the image and link you want on the homepage which will be there for at least five years. The only exception is if you have a strong reason why you need to change your image/link, eg.
your site no longer exists, major structural change to your site, lawsuits, etc.
If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund.
The site and homepage will be online for at least 5 years, and probably alot longer than that. (starting from the day it's launched). September 07, 2009
No obscene/offensive/adult images/ links will be accepted, and I will decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative , otherwise your money will be refunded and you
will lose your space on our homepage.
If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed be removed without notice, and you will not get a refund.
Images must be EXACT SIZE : 20 x 20 pixels - 40 x 40 pixels - 60 x 60 pixels
Images must be GIF or JPEG format.
Images must not be animated.
Link must be to web pages only and begin with http://
You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
Websites will be checked periodically to make sure link is alive and original. If link is dead for longer than 10 days that website will be removed without notification. If website has been changed in anyway without approval it will be removed without notification.
Funds must be fully received and cleared before your image/link goes live on the homepage.

The website could temporarly go down due to hosting updates and maintenances. This is beyond my control. There is no reimbursements for this downtime.
